What is Pho?

According to Wikipedia, Phó or Pho is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat (usually beef – phó bò, or chicken – phó gà). A popular street food in Vietnam, pho is available in several varieties that differ by the width of the noodle, the sweetness of the broth, and the choice of herbs. Plan to sample several to find your favorite flavor combination and heat level.
